I AM … a Wife, a Mother and a Grandmother.
I AM a College Student, a Yoga Instructor and an Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator for a Large Real Estate Group….

My Entire Life - Inspires My Art… As it turns out, my art is “My Life.” During 35+ years of professional work, I have had the good fortune of incorporating my own art, into every aspect of my daily life.

… I make inspirational/instructional yoga videos. I make handcrafted beaded jewelry. I make creative graphics with positive affirmations to advertise yoga, and I make creative designs to advertise real estate. With my Yoga videos, I do everything myself, with an IPad and in the studio I teach.  I use the Ipad as a camera, then transfer to a laptop for digital editing. Once I have a finished video I create graphic promotions to advertise and share my video on My YouTube Channel and Facebook.  I do the same with real estate, once ads are created (Digital and otherwise), I use social media to promote and distribute the information as much as possible.

The intention in real estate is to promote the listings of the company and the real estate group. To do marketing in a positive, uplifting manner, as to best help others. Which is what my yoga and my art is truly all about. I want to help others.  These yoga videos are tied to positive affirmations and as you heal your body you also heal your heart…  It has been a very satisfying, very personal journey, that has led me to help others in a personal and professional fashion. My intention always, is to help people feel good about themselves, to deal with the stress and anxieties of daily life.  In the end, we are all just doing the best we can, with what we have. I am here to remind you to stop, breathe, and remember to love yourself.
